![]() ![]() In the top section of the menu, there's a block called "Media Cache Files" and the third option down should be "Remove Media Cache Files" with a delete button next to it. ![]() This will open a window labeled "Preferences" which is weird because the menu is "Settings" but whatever, I'm not here to judge. In the top system menu bar, select "Premiere Pro" then mouse down to "Settings" which should have a pop-out menu. If you're having this issue, before any nuclear options, try doing the following (I'm on MacOS, not sure if Windows menu structure is any different but I assume it's fairly similar): Searching the forum, I found a lot of solutions that involved a complete de/re-install of PP or resetting to factory defaults or text-editing system files and I really didn't wanna go through all that, but I eventually stumbled upon - what for me anyway - was a quick and easy fix. ![]() Hey all, I figured I'd make a quick post cuz I was having an issue with my Premiere presets (transitions, LUTs, etc) disappearing from the effects bin every time I closed the app, which necessitated me reimporting them each session only to lose them again after closing. TL DR: Disappearing presets? Try going to Settings > Media Cache > Remove Media Cache Files > Delete
